From the onset the reps at American Rescue Solutions thoroughly reviewed my finances and listened patiently as I voiced my concerns. I rate the customer service at A.R.S a perfect '10'. My calls were always answered in a timely manner. The reps never tired of answering my questions no matter how simple. In fact, they routinely called and e-mailed me on the status of my case. During the bankruptcy, I mentioned that a particular creditor was harassing me. The A.R.S rep immediately contacted the creditor and resolved the problem. Needless to say this impressed me. I then knew that I signed on with a company that would fight for me.
The interest rate on my mortgage was reduced from 9% to 5 ¼%. This reduced my monthly payment down from $1327.00 to $927.00. The monthly payment on my second loan was reduced from $400.00 a month to $200.00 a month.
The savings allowed me to pay-off my other bills and to, finally, start building up my savings.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH AMERICAN RESCUE SOLUTONS:
Be very wary of companies who take your money in order for you to save your home. First impressions are very important. Do not lose your self respect, dignity, self worth, or sanity when dealing with financial institutions. This is the attitude we took when we saw our family's home in jeopardy of foreclosure. It seemed "trust nobody" was the motto when everyone who wants to make a buck out of the misfortunate just popped out to have relief waiting for you in a basket.
American Rescue Solutions and its staff and affiliations are amazing! With referrals from friends and family, we gave it a shot. From the beginning you will have reservations and numerous questions. Just ask them! Have reservations! Be aware of your situation. Most of all, be honest in what you want done. The more truthful and prepared you are, the process will go smoothly. How do you get started in trying to save your home from economic crisis and personal hardship? The staff at American Rescue Solutions was so upfront with our personal situation, that taking no shot at any help would mean simply giving up. We knew everyone's situation would be different. Ours was riddled with hardships: unemployment, loss of income, medical leave, disability, a pregnancy! All accumulating bills from mortgage, car loans, credit card bills, utility, medical bills, food, insurance, car registration, etc. And there were unexpected etc.'s HOA dues, vet bills, car repairs, clothes for three kids, school loans, and more etc.'s. Can you see the overwhelming dilemma our family was faced with? We don't eat out. We rent dollar movies. We do long walks so the kids and dogs stay healthy. The only store we can afford is Wal-Mart.
Enough of us. Let's shift to American Rescue Solutions. They are a Solution. Once we signed the contract, we knew what were getting into. Truthfully, the unknown. Neither they nor we knew what fate the financial institutions were going to bestow upon us. We were given the opportunity to know the truth. We were going to get a loan mod based on our history and ongoing situation or get denied, even with the government bailout programs. It was worth trying and negotiating, than do nothing at all. But my family and I had some hope: American Rescue Solutions. After massing large paperwork of financial debt, tax papers, bills, w2's, bank statements etc. it seemed relentless. But that is what this company is, relentless. They help you in getting documents, analyzing, and sending off pertinent information to the right people. You have any problems, obstacles, questions, security issues, personnel issues, personal issues, someone is always there, not the same day, but I guarantee you, you will get an answer.
It may not be the answer you want to hear, like we did when we got news our situation did not qualify for loan modification. But that is not the answer American Rescue Solutions wanted. Having keen insight into the government bailout programs, our application was submitted to a different and new program. How do you snatch victory in the hands of defeat? American Rescue Solutions did. Yes we had to endure more months of submitting more and updated paperwork and letter writing describing our history and potential problems and of course waiting. The personnel at American Rescue Solutions were and still are accommodating. They stay on top of things meaning you and your financial institution working with you. You get them the necessary documents, they FedEx it to the bank, and they make sure the bank receives and acknowledges approval to expedite procedures.
As much as they were very diligent, the client too has to be diligent. We wanted our house. We needed our house. They knew this and labored like it was their own home! As long as we were true to our beliefs of saving our house, American Rescue Solutions was true to us. They know they can help everyone, but not everyone gets that opportunity to be helped. Fortunately, our new lenders, with the enormous efforts of Rob and American Rescue Solutions, gave us a loan modification.
We were skeptical at this conclusion too, a real loan modification that would realistically financially keep our home AND still pay our other debt and feed, clothe, protect, and ensure our well being? Yes. The lender took all aspects of our financial responsibilities, we mean ALL, and adjusted payment to our needs. Yes, we needed interpretation/explanation/verification it was a viable and legal document. Rob allayed all our doubts and fears and concerns about our apprehension in signing this new loan. We signed knowing we were not only comfortable with the terms, but elated with the whole outcome!
There were drawbacks. Your credit score drops! You get frustrated with the slow response from your new financial institution, anxiety, and fear of another failed response. But you know who got your back through it all? Without reservation! American Rescue Solutions!
